We are seeking a Senior HR Business Advisor who is highly energetic, self-motivated and proactive to effectively support an evolving and growing team. As a Senior HR Business Advisor, you will support a large employee population, collaborating with leaders to drive HR initiatives and improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong background in HR advisement and partnering supporting all levels of employees, including leadership.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders on people strategy, employment issues, and HR related matters.
  • Strong communication skills, with proven ability to coach leaders, navigate sensitive conversations and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities at once with a sense of urgency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and work independently with minimal direction.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Workday experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience supporting HR for commercial & product teams preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a coach and consultant to leaders and employees providing guidance and counsel on HR processes and procedures including performance management, talent management, compensation planning, engagement, development, and counsel on employment issues.
  • Partner with internal teams and Centers of Excellence such as Talent Development, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations, supporting the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align for success with the workforce and supporting the strategic goals of the company.
  • Analyze and leverage HR data to influence decisions that promote continual improvement.
  • Manage projects and special assignments with effective prioritization and problem-solving.
  • Gain cooperation from others, monitor progress, and make appropriate adjustments to project plans.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners across North America and with the global HR team to foster continuous improvement, consistency, alignment and to share best practices.
