About The Position

The Sr. Health Equity Specialist coordinates and executes operational activities supporting the Medical Affairs Health Equity function, including the production and distribution of customer-facing collateral, internal training resources, and customer engagement reporting and insights. Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders—including Medical Communications, Medical Education, Marketing, Advocacy, Commercial Operations, and customer-facing teams—this role ensures alignment of health equity operations with team priorities through effective workflow coordination, operational support, data-driven insights, and continuous process improvement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, General or Social Sciences or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of sales, marketing or training experience and/or marketing and/or public health experience in the healthcare space demonstrating progressively increasing responsibilities or scope.
  • Experience managing/leading cross-functional projects/programs.
  • Experience influencing without authority; high learning agility.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage project plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to create presentation materials and deliver high visibility presentations for external audiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute the development, prioritization, and delivery of customer-facing collateral, training materials, conference resources, and other team requests.
  • Manage timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful execution of deliverables.
  • Coordinate the collateral lifecycle from concept through approval, deployment, and integration into ordering systems and resource catalogs.
  • Prioritize incoming requests and balance competing priorities to support evolving business and team needs.
  • Analyze and synthesize customer engagement data to generate actionable health equity insights.
  • Develop reports, case studies, customer narratives, and KPI tracking related to utilization, turnaround time, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives, including workflow optimization and best practice development.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational efficiency, consistency, and alignment across supported teams.
