OverviewAs a member of the HEYDUDE North America Digital Commerce team, the Sr Specialist, GTM supports the execution of the North America eCommerce go-to-market plan. This role is a key facilitator, coordinator, and executor of our Ways of Working between Digital Commerce, Creative, Brand, Marketing Operations, and Integrated Marketing to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns across channels. This role will own day-to-day GTM processes for North America - building clear briefs, partnering closely with the design and creative teams, coordinating content reviews, and ensuring timely asset delivery and sharing across key collaborators. They will leverage data and campaign KPIs to analyze performance, capture takeaways, and help optimize future launches and programs.What You'll Do
