The Role: We are seeking a Sr Sales / GTM Sourcer to join our Sales Recruiting team for a 3 month contract. Your goal will be to drive top talent for our rapidly expanding sales and GTM teams. You’ll play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-caliber candidates who align with our mission and culture. Requirements

  • 3 + Years’ experience as a Sourcer, specifically supporting the sales recruiting function in the Software Industry.
  • Solid understanding of recruiting Software Sales professionals.
  • Ability to support multiple recruiters
  • Able to work in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Be organized and effectively manage your time across multiple recruiting priorities.
  • A proven track record of building relationships with passive candidates

Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage top-tier candidates for our GTM Sales roles.
  • Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline, leveraging tools like our ATS system (GreenHouse) LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks, professional groups, and networking tactics
  • Candidate Engagement: Become an expert at telling our story to uncover and attract passive candidates, showcasing BeyondTrust’s mission and opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of the role to deliver diverse, high-quality candidates.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify talent pools and inform the TA Team about emerging companies, technologies, and industry mergers
  • Metrics-Driven: Optimizing our ATS system (Greenhouse) to review and screen applicants, track, and report on candidates and sourcing effectiveness, as well as metrics and pipeline activity
