About The Position

The GTM Recruitment Sourcer will play a crucial role in building high‑performing Sales and Marketing teams for a Saas business by identifying, engaging, and qualifying top go‑to‑market talent across the US. This role is fully remote and partners closely with Recruiters and GTM leaders to keep a healthy pipeline of candidates for priority roles. About the role Partner with GTM recruiters and hiring managers to understand headcount plans, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, and Partnerships. Own top‑of‑funnel sourcing strategy for GTM roles, using channels such as LinkedIn, Boolean search, talent communities, referrals, and niche job boards. Build and maintain diverse pipelines of passive candidates, with a focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in sourcing or recruiting, with a strong focus on GTM (Sales/Marketing/CS) roles in tech, SaaS, or high‑growth environments.
  • Proven success running high‑volume outbound sourcing campaigns and converting passive talent into active candidates.
  • Strong Boolean search and market‑mapping skills, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a candidate‑first mindset and the ability to represent the brand compellingly.
  • Highly organized, data‑driven, and comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote, fast‑paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting US‑wide hiring across multiple time zones.
  • Familiarity with modern recruiting tools (ATS/CRM, sequencing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, email automation, etc.).
  • Prior experience partnering closely with GTM leaders in startups or scale‑ups.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and engage GTM talent (AEs, SDRs/BDRs, Sales Leadership, Customer Success, Marketing, and GTM Operations).
  • Conduct initial screens to assess skills, experience, compensation expectations, and motivators, before handing off to recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Maintain organized, accurate data in the ATS/CRM and provide regular reporting on pipeline health, outreach volume, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the broader Talent team on market mapping, outreach campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Continuously refine search strategies based on feedback, performance data, and changes in hiring priorities.
