About The Position

As a Senior Graphic Designer on Vuori’s Print Team, this role helps shape the consumer experience of the Vuori brand across print, including in-store and wholesale experiences, events, and mail catalogs. Reporting to the Senior Art Director, the designer creates and produces retail signage, window graphics, POP displays, packaging, and collateral for physical environments. The role works closely with internal cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality, consistent, innovative creative execution. The designer supports the Art Director in developing store creative assets and produces concepts, mechanical files, die-lines, and production-ready artwork for retail formats. Responsibilities also include preparing large-format print and CAD files, developing printed catalogs and lookbooks, contributing to store layouts and localized customer experiences, and supporting on-site retail buildouts and installations. The designer helps maintain design resources, researches trends, presents work to stakeholders and partners, and guides junior designers when appropriate.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional design experience within an agency, in-house team, or lifestyle/fashion brand environment.
A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in retail design, layout, typography, packaging, and large-format applications.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat, and in Figma.
Deep understanding of print production, including large-format printing, file setup, and fabrication techniques.
Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and experience creating documents for vendors and fabricators.
Familiarity with retail fixture systems, in-store construction, materials, and visual merchandising standards.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with confidence presenting and defending creative work.
Collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented approach and drive to elevate creative output and develop concepts.
Ability to visualize and communicate ideas quickly through sketching or rapid concept development.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Support the Art Director in developing and executing store creative assets, including in-store imagery, signage, window displays, tradeshow and wholesale environments, and NSO barricades.
Design original concepts and translate them into mechanical files, die-lines, and production-ready artwork across retail formats.
Prepare, manipulate, and batch-export large-format print files and CAD files for Vuori store locations.
Design and develop product marketing storytelling for printed catalogs and lookbooks.
Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Store Design, Retail Marketing, and Creative teams to maintain consistent brand expression and quality across physical touchpoints.
Assist with brand visualization toolkits, product packaging, hangtags, and in-store collateral.
Review vendor documents and drawings, including fixtures, furniture, and signage, and work with vendors and creatives to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery.
Contribute to spatial planning and store layouts, focusing on customer flow and localized in-store experiences.
Support on-site retail buildouts by executing the design vision and assisting with fixture and graphic installation.
Maintain and organize design libraries, templates, and assets for team use.
Provide creative input and trend research to evolve in-store storytelling and enhance customer engagement.
Guide and support junior designers when appropriate.
Present work clearly to internal stakeholders and external partners and ensure deliverables meet quality, consistency, and timeliness standards.
