About The Position

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. is hiring a bi-lingual Sr. Graphic Designer - LATAM. This role is responsible for creative concepting and execution that brings the brand strategy to life. The position will initially be based in Anderson, SC for one year before relocating full-time to the NA Corporate HQ office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree, Art degree preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in creative production field.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish)
• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and other relevant software.
• Must know how to set up files for press, have good file management, good communication skills, take initiative and be self-motivated.
• An understanding of photography direction.
• Ability to work and live in Anderson, SC for one year, then relocate to Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Responsibilities

• Concept and design brand materials with little oversight, including but not limited to, packaging, point of purchase materials, advertising, campaign and collateral for production with press-ready files within Brand Guidelines.
• Lead presentation meetings with articulate understanding and explanation of the strategy. Can identify needs, proactively provide solutions and make recommendations with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to direct photography that communicates objectives and enhances layout.
• Ability to lead and drive a creative strategy with minimal guidance. Work with Art Director concerning timelines, brand standards to resolve creative and technical issues.
• Build physical mockups for presentation meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
