Assist the Foundation Accountant with routine accounting tasks, data entry, and financial record maintenance. Support processing of invoices, reimbursements, and other payment requests for accuracy and required approvals. Help track financial activity for Foundation funds, including scholarships, grants, and donor-restricted funds, as assigned. Assist with preparation and organization of documentation for reporting, reconciliations, and audit requests. Communicate with program staff and vendors to obtain missing information or supporting documentation. Maintain organized financial and grant-related files in accordance with Foundation and district procedures. Tentative start date will be dependent upon interviews conducted, onboarding completed, and the state agency issuing a PO.
