Responsibilities

• Lead full stack development across front‑end, back‑end, cloud, and AI capabilities
• Provide hands‑on leadership with Angular 16+ and React for enterprise applications
• Architect and deliver scalable, high‑performance, and user‑friendly web applications
• Define and enforce standards for reusable UI components, shared services, and state management
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Drive front‑end optimization for performance, accessibility, and cross‑browser compatibility
• Establish testing strategies and ensure high code quality using modern testing frameworks
• Lead design and development of RESTful and microservices‑based APIs
• Guide backend engineering using Java and Spring Boot with best practices
• Own business logic, API contracts, and seamless front‑end/back‑end integration
• Design and implement secure authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms
• Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance across systems
• Define best practices for exception handling, logging, monitoring, and observability
• Oversee relational database design using SQL, including performance tuning and optimization
• Guide database scalability, indexing strategies, and high availability solutions
• Lead cloud architecture and deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes adoption
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML capabilities and cloud AI services where applicable
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering best practices
• Lead Agile/Scrum teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of business outcomes
