About The Position

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Sr. Full Stack Engineer (Python, AWS, GenAI) to serve as a key technical leader, shaping the design, architecture, and delivery of modern, cloud‑native software solutions. You’ll bring deep expertise across the AWS ecosystem, Python engineering, agentic/GenAI tooling, API design, and front‑end development with React. The ideal candidate combines strong hands‑on engineering skills with architectural vision, enabling the team to rapidly build, iterate, and scale innovative products.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
Strong hands‑on expertise with Python for back‑end development.
Strong experience with React.js for front‑end development.
Experience building services and application layers with Node.js as part of a modern JavaScript/TypeScript stack.
Experience integrating agentic AI workflows, GenAI solutions, and LLM‑driven systems.
Proven track record architecting and delivering full‑stack applications end‑to‑end.
Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and guide teams through rapid iteration.
Excellent communication and cross‑team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the end‑to‑end architecture and development of full‑stack applications on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence.
