About The Position

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Sr.Full-Stack Engineer - Java. This is a Full Time – Contract position with a duration of 12+ months, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and document solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React, and/or Angular. You will also architect and implement streaming solutions leveraging Apache Kafka, build scalable, modular services aligned with enterprise standards, and deploy and manage applications on Oracle Cloud Platform (OCP) or equivalent enterprise cloud providers. Ensuring CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and automated release processes are optimized is key. You will drive simplification, automation, and adoption of cloud-native practices, champion engineering excellence, code quality, and continuous improvement, and promote proactive operational resiliency through automated monitoring, alerting, and self-healing patterns. Additionally, you will drive the modernization of legacy systems, introducing automation, simplification, and cloud adoption strategies, and support on-call or production duties as required.

Requirements

Experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
Experience in front-end engineering experience in React and/or Angular.
Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven systems.
Experience in RDBMS (Oracle) and NoSQL data systems.
Experience deploying applications on Oracle Cloud Platform (OCP) or equivalent.
Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD automation, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Experience in modern development practices including automation, AI-assisted development, and cloud-native engineering.

Responsibilities
