About The Position

You’ll be joining CIBC’s Capital Markets Regulatory Reporting Team. You’ll be at the heart of CIBC’s digital transformation, successfully delivering complex, enterprise-scale mobile projects involving multiple back-end systems. As an Sr. Full Stack Developer (Azure), you’ll assemble, implement and maintain easy, flexible, and personalized solutions that enhance the client experience across both iOS and Android. You’ll lead the planning and strategy for the technical design, development and integration of these applications. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Requirements

At least 3-5 years in .Net/C#
In-depth experience in Azure infrastructure and development
AI / Github Copilot
Building Apps in Azure: Azure Webjobs, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lakes, Azure Devops etc.
Building CICD pipelines using Azure DevOps
Azure SQL
PowerShell
ASP.NET
MVC
XML
Json
SSIS
Microservices
RESTful API
Unit Testing
Legally eligible to work at the location(s) specified
Ability to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills test (such as simulation, coding, French proficiency)

Responsibilities

Perform and coordinate complicated application programming activities.
Design the application's technical infrastructure using specific databases, programming languages, utilities, building CICD pipelines and testing approaches.
Lead the design and development of cost-effective and innovative solutions.
Develop multi-year technology roadmaps that align with the bank’s vision, strategy, and business goals.
Run instruction-review sessions with the wider team to ensure the quality of the deployments.
Provide technical guidance for the support team for Production Issues.
Design and Develop Applications.
Support and mentor intermediate and senior developers by sharing knowledge, collaborating and problem solving.
