Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience across strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or growth-stage tech startups, preferably with time spent partnering with or analyzing GTM organizations
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, GTM strategies, and customer acquisition, retention and expansion economics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for executive decision-making
  • Bachelors in an analytical field (e.g. Finance, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field); advanced degree/MBA preferred

  • Experience supporting GTM teams in a high-growth SaaS or technology company

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the GTM finance partner to the Business Unit leadership team, providing financial leadership and strategic decision support across new customer acquisition, renewals, expansion, customer retention, and overall revenue growth
  • Own the GTM operating and financial model, including bookings, revenue, ARR, renewals, expansion, churn, headcount, and commission expense, to enable accurate planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis
  • Develop analytical frameworks and lead analysis to evaluate GTM investments and performance, including sales productivity, pipeline conversion, customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention and expansion economics, and commission effectiveness
  • Establish scalable processes to proactively collect, validate, and analyze business performance data, while driving automation, standardization, and continuous improvement
  • Define, track, and report key GTM financial and operational performance metrics, translating data into insights and recommendations for business leaders
