This position also prepares numerous monthly and quarterly reconciliations for Essbase uploads, as well as prepares monthly and quarterly internal reports and fulfills ad hoc quests for Senior Management. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
- 4 or more years of Financial Reporting experience.
- Microsoft Excel Advanced Formulas and VBA programming.
- Accounting knowledge.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
- Able to pay attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Rebate reconciliation and reporting.
- Weekly sales database reconciliation.
- Headcount reconciliation.
- Average square footage reconciliation.
- Backlog reconciliation and reporting.
- Land stages inventory reconciliation.
- LFS segment breakdown.
- Executive summary reporting.
- Quarterly reports distribution.
- Preparations for subsequent month.
