The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will support accounting, reporting, and technical research activities within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role involves assisting in the preparation and review of US GAAP financial statements, performing technical accounting analysis, and evaluating complex transactions such as business combinations, debt, and equity arrangements. The analyst will also support accounting activities for mergers and acquisitions, including purchase price accounting, valuation procedures, and post-acquisition integration, partnering with Finance, Legal, and Tax to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Additionally, the position will assist with external auditor requests on technical accounting matters and support SOX and internal-control documentation.
