About The Position

Compiles and reviews the budgets for corporate departments, taking into consideration actual performance, previous expenditures, and estimated expenses and income. Maintains accurate spending records and establishes measures for budgetary control. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, and vision of the organization. Responsibilities

• Oversees Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting processes
• Monitors organization’s budget, forecast of future costs and approves/rejects funding requests
• Reviews budget proposals for accuracy and adjustments as determined
• Reviews audit findings of budgeting practices
• Oversees the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
• Conducts monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analyses of financial and statistical data
• Participates in Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes
• Supports ad hoc reports and/andor analyses as necessary
• Develops presentations for senior management
• Maintains complex excel spreadsheets for various financial needs
• Trains and mentors other analysts
• Performs other duties as assigned
