Your Role & Impact The Senior Financial Business Analyst is a critical role within the Finance function, serving as the primary enterprise analyst and systems governance leader for Workday Financial Management and Supply Chain Management (SCM). This role supports and informs strategic leadership in financial data governance, analytics, and system optimization to ensure fiscally responsible, compliant, and patient-centered operations in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) environment. This position functions as a subject matter expert and internal leader for Workday Financials and SCM, guiding governance standards, best practices, and organizational adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in finance, accounting, business administration, health administration, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience relevant to the position.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of financial analysis, accounting, or enterprise analytics experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise financial systems (e.g., Workday or equivalent).
  • Experience partnering with leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools; general computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
