Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or related roles.
Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
Experience with ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

CPA or CFA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business objectives.
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.
Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and business cases for new initiatives.
Monitor key financial performance indicators and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Support the annual budgeting and long-term planning processes.
Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and liaise with external auditors.
