About The Position

In this position, you will work closely with the VTNA Financial Planning & Performance team to provide senior management with relevant financial information that supports efficient decision-making in planning and business control activities.

Requirements

• Strong financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate data and numbers into storytelling.
• Working knowledge of SAP or other similar accounting software systems.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to build effective working relationships and communicate at all levels within the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience dealing with multiple currencies and exchange rates preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning or similar reporting and planning tools preferred.
• Prior experience with consolidations and financial reporting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly financial close and reporting cycle by preparing standard financial reports, detailed variance analyses, and actionable performance insights.
• Maintain and coordinate the Closing and Estimates presentations, ensuring that financial results, forecasts, assumptions, and supporting commentary are accurate and current.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc financial reports, forecasting models, reporting templates, presentations, and decision-support materials for leadership reviews and business meetings.
• Monitor and analyze headcount, including monthly actuals, forecasts, variances, and main workforce changes.
• Serve as the IMT process owner, administering approved investments by entering authorization details in IMT, creating the corresponding SAP orders, and keeping IMT and SAP information accurate, synchronized, and aligned with the approved investment scope.
• Collaborate with Business Controllers and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and understand financial and operational developments affecting business performance.
