Overview: Job Description Summary: Analyzes financial data, prepares reports and provides insights to support decision-making processes. Job Description: Essential Functions: Analyzes financial data and creates reports to support business decisions. Conducts financial forecasting and modeling to identify trends and potential risks. Develops and implements financial strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs. Collaborates with other departments to ensure financial compliance and accuracy. Monitors financial performance and provides recommendations for improvement. Prepares presentations and communicates financial information to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor' Degree in Business with emphasis in accounting, economics, or finance, or related equivalent experience, required.
• Excellent personal computing, analytical, and organization skills.
• Highly motivated, flexible, and interested in working in a dynamic organization.
• Ability to work independently, often with little direction.
• Strong professional demeanor with the inherent quality to rapidly establish credibility and rapport with clinicians, managers and external groups.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Three years of experience in medical accounts receivable financial management, preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience or interest in the development of detailed, activity-based cost information, preferred.
• Experience in financial analysis and trending reports, preferred.
