About The Position

Join Mass General Brigham's Radiation Oncology team and play a key role in supporting the financial operations of one of the nation's leading academic healthcare systems. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll partner with leaders across both Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital to deliver meaningful financial insights that support strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and patient care. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to lead complex financial reporting and analysis, develop executive-level presentations, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and drive projects that impact a growing, integrated Radiation Oncology program. Working in a largely remote environment with occasional onsite collaboration, you'll enjoy the flexibility of hybrid work while gaining exposure to system-wide healthcare finance initiatives. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
3-5 years required experience in accounting, finance or related field
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Good analytical and mathematical skills.
Superior Excel Skills is required.
Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Ability to analyze, consolidate, and interpret accounting data.

Nice To Haves

2-3 years experience in healthcare preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain or modify all financial analytic models in use.
Interprets financial information by consolidating, studying, and analyzing data.
Train junior analysts and sometimes review their work
Prepares and presents analyses, forecasts, and recommendations to senior business and finance leaders that support and drive key business, strategic, and investment decisions.
Interpret results of financial analysis procedures.
Supervise project budget and all financial issues for all projects.
Support the Finance Leader on projects as needed
