About The Position

Logitech is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join the Corporate FP&A team. This role will collaborate with diverse cross-functional departments and support Business Groups OpEx management. The ideal candidate will report to Sr. Manager, Commercial FP&A and would be a self-starter with great interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills, who is looking to contribute significantly to a strong and fast-paced group. As the Senior Financial Analyst for the Logitech for Business (L4B) FP&A team, you will act as the lead financial strategist and P&L owner for our B2B organization. In this highly collaborative role, you will hold full ownership of the P&L—from Direct Customer Sales down to Contribution Margin. You will serve as the financial compass for the L4B team, aligning closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the globe to decode P&L dynamics, drive strategic decision-making, and fuel our long-term growth. Requirements

3+ years of prior experience in corporate finance, Financial Planning & Analysis or financial accounting role, experience in Business Finance (in IT or FMCG) is an added plus
Experience working with cross functional teams located globally, is a plus
Accountable to work independently, stay organized and prioritize deadlines in a continually evolving environment
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; must be able to form positive relationships with business partners and peers
Experience in managing large amounts of financial data with the highest degree of accuracy
Excel power user with advanced skill in formulas, strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Google Docs
Experience in OneStream and Oracle; Tableau or other BI systems, database relationship structure knowledge highly recommended
Work comfortably with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Professional, articulate, diligent, hardworking, curious, and self-motivated.
A passion for problem-solving, identifying trends and turning confusion into comprehension
A genuine desire to understand how our business works from the ground up, not just through the lens of a ledger.
5+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Investment Banking.
Prior experience supporting a B2B, hardware, or technology business is highly preferred.
Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills. You can build complex, dynamic models from scratch and synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable business insights.
expertise in using various financial analytics tools such as OneStream, Hyperion Essbase, Analplan and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver continuous OpEx support in terms of reporting packages, analyzing key financial drivers and variance trends, translating these into actionable business risks and opportunities.
Support preparation and loading for the annual budgeting and quarterly forecast processes for the designated business departments, ensuring alignment with corporate targets.
Lead monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews. Ability to research and explain the "what" and “why” in the financials followed by constructive and continuous improvement in forecast accuracy.
Support the finance and business team with necessary analysis related to productivity, headcount growth, new business investments and initiatives tracking, CapEx.
Serve as an advisor to your business partners to achieve optimal OpEx effectiveness.
Oversee the purchase order (PO) receiving process and ensure the prompt, compliant management of accruals in strict alignment with monthly and quarterly closing schedules.
Own, enhance and further automate the comprehensive budget trackers to the stakeholders.
Compile departmental fluctuation analysis and MRC review report for internal audit.
Educate and business teams on financial policies, definitions and processes.
Engage in Corporate digital transformation projects with AI/BI solutions.
Provide timely financial support to finance and business teams.
Build strong relationships and foster teamwork within business groups, overall finance, and corporate supporting functions (P&C, Procurement, IT etc.).
Master the P&L: Take full ownership of the L4B P&L from top-line sales down to Contribution Margin, partnering across functions to deeply understand and influence the drivers of our financial performance.
Drive Long-Term Financial Planning (LTFP): Own and evolve the LTFP model. You will coordinate inputs from key stakeholders (including Services, Category Marketing, and Operations), dynamically update the model to reflect near-term planning cycles, and proactively highlight performance gaps and opportunities.
Lead Regional Target Setting & Tracking: Act as the vital bridge between Global HQ and Regional finance partners. You will cascade HQ targets to the regions, establish key performance metrics, and track ongoing regional execution against our strategic goals.
Empower Category Marketing & Pricing: Provide robust financial oversight for Category Marketing. You will lead global pricing analytics, scenario modeling, and performance tracking to optimize our competitive positioning and profitability.
Manage Financial Forecasting: Own and execute HQ-level forecast adjustments, ensuring high accuracy, agility, and alignment with broader corporate objectives.
Deliver Strategic Support: Act as a trusted financial advisor to category and product management leaders. You will provide advanced financial modeling and strategic business casing for special initiatives, product launches, and new business opportunities.
