About The Position
The Senior Financial Analyst supports the Finance team in core accounting activities and financial analysis while ensuring continued compliance with current regulations and policies. This role strengthens reporting accuracy, enhances visibility into revenue and cost drivers, and provides analytical support for budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision-making. The position is pivotal to improving business performance, business insights and reporting efficiency.

- Strong attention to details for accurate financial reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or Equivalent Work Experience
- 3 to 5 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities
- Support month-end close through reconciliations, accrual reviews, and variance explanations.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reporting packages.
- Maintain balance sheet integrity and support audit and compliance requirements.
- Ensure accuracy of revenue, COGS, and operating expense classifications.
- Conduct variance analysis across revenue, COGS, SG&A, and margin drivers.
- Prepare recurring financial performance reports and dashboards.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes through data preparation and analytical insights.
- Assist with pricing analysis, profitability reviews, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to validate assumptions and explain performance drivers.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and development of KPIs.
- Improve data integrity and financial controls.
- Translate financial data into actionable summaries for business stakeholders.
