About The Position

The Sr. FP&A Analyst for the Freeman Corporate Operations organization is responsible for executive support across the various Corporate Operations lines of business, revenue modeling, budgeting and forecasting, month-end P&L reporting, travel and entertainment expenses tracking, staffing analysis, and various financial and business ad-hoc analyses. This role provides user support and develop functional knowledge of the Hyperion Planning system. This position will support our Finance team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. This position is based out of our North Dallas office in Dallas, TX.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance from an accredited 4 year college or university is required
Minimum of three to five years of progressively increasing roles and responsibilities in Accounting or Finance
Experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Must have strong aptitude in Microsoft Office products (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint)
working knowledge of Hyperion Planning and SAP is preferred

Nice To Haves

MBA Degree is preferred
MBA, CPA or CMA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret financial information to understand and interpret business conditions
Build and coordinate Executive presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
Create spreadsheets, charts and graphs identifying financial trends and analysis
Proficiently use financial planning systems (Hyperion) to support annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting process
Develop and prepare monthly summary financial reports as needed
Strategize on financial and business structures to maximize margin
Develop ad-hoc management reports
Performs other duties as assigned
