About The Position

Roku is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Devices Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The Devices FP&A team provides broad exposure to senior leadership and key decision makers across the company. This role will play a critical role in supporting Roku's International growth, helping shape the financial strategy behind Roku's global Players business. This Senior Financial Analyst, International Players & Devices role will serve as a strategic finance partner to international business leaders, country leads, Sales Operations, Accounting, Retail Strategy, and cross-functional teams. This role will own the financial planning and performance management cadence for International Players across regions, translating operational inputs into clear insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations for leadership. The successful candidate will connect regional units, pricing, promotions, marketing, product economics, operating expenses, and P&L outcomes into a coherent view of the business and help leaders make better decisions with that view. This position requires strong analytical acumen, the ability to manage multiple workstreams across geographies, and a collaborative approach to working with diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and reporting that drives strategic outcomes.

Requirements

5–7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related financial analysis discipline, ideally at a technology company
Strong analytical skills with the ability to decipher complex business drivers and deliver high-quality analytics and reporting
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams within tight deadlines and drive projects to completion
Experience implementing new processes and reporting solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Comfort with cyclical workloads that peak around key corporate deliverables such as close, forecast cycles, and board meetings
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work with large and complex data sets

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting international and consumer retail is a plus
Familiarity with tools such as Anaplan, Tableau, Looker, SQL, Adaptive Insights, or NetSuite is a plus

Responsibilities

Partner with the International country business leads to accurately maintain and consolidate global Devices reporting to drive growth
Partner with Sales and Marketing leads on International Device sales, pricing, promotional investment analysis, new products, and strategy changes
Maintain product level economics for each region
Assist in month-end review process, partnering with Accounting, to drive accuracy to revenue by region
Produce reporting that encompasses the full International P&L (revenue to operating profit), units, and operating expenses
Work cross-functionally to develop, track, and analyze KPIs across various parts of the business
Produce and distribute recurring and ad hoc management reports, ensuring financial reporting accuracy and timeliness
Drive the continued development of standardized reporting and presentations across the business
Collaborate with the broader FP&A team to craft narratives for senior leadership, connecting results and key metrics for comprehensive performance explanations and forward-looking projections
