About The Position

The Sr Financial Analyst, Pricing & Contracts is a finance and client FP&A role responsible for pricing, contract financials, and ongoing client-level financial management. This position partners closely with Finance, Growth, Program Management, and Operations to ensure pricing is accurate, contracts are financially sound, and client performance is transparent and actionable. This role owns pricing models for new and renewing clients, supports contract setup & billing, and leads client-level budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for key programs. This role is critical to ensuring margin discipline, forecasting accuracy, and financial partnership with our largest clients. This position has a high degree of ownership, while partnering closely with the VP, Strategic Initiatives for strategic guidance and alignment across FP&A and pricing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in pricing, FP&A, commercial finance, or financial analysis
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; experience with FP&A or BI tools preferred
  • Experience supporting client-level financials in a services or operations-heavy environment
  • Ability to translate complex financial models into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally

  • Experience in transportation, logistics, or B2B services is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain standardized pricing tools, templates, and assumptions
  • Build pricing models for new business, renewals, and contract amendments
  • Partner cross-functionally to validate service plans, staffing assumptions, and cost drivers
  • Support leadership and client discussions by explaining pricing logic and financial impacts
  • Support billing setup for clients and review billing for accuracy and alignment with pricing models and client forecasts
  • Build and maintain client-level budgets and forecasts, including detailed models for large, complex clients
  • Maintain client P&Ls and forecast models aligned to corporate budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Model client financial impacts of service changes, route adjustments, staffing changes, and fleet modifications
  • Partner with growth to model revenue pipeline changes into client and corporate forecasts
  • Support client monthly and quarterly reviews, including QBR financial content
  • Build and maintain client reporting and dashboarding for internal stakeholders
  • Provide ad-hoc client reporting for internal and external stakeholders
