About The Position

The Opportunity Adobe's Global Marketing Finance organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Customer Marketing Group, within the Creativity & Productivity (C&P) marketing organization. In this role you will partner with Marketing and Finance leadership to manage and optimize marketing investments, turn financial and performance data into actionable insights, and improve how Finance operates through AI, automation, and scalable analytics.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, financial analysis, or a related analytical role.
Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis.
Ability to build effective partnerships and translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations.
Curiosity and initiative, with the ability to work through ambiguity and develop new approaches to problems.
Experience applying AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, or workflows, with a desire to explore new ways AI can improve how Finance works.

Nice To Haves

Experience with data visualization, reporting, or automation tools such as Power BI or Power Automate is a plus; familiarity with SQL is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own financial planning and budget management, including forecasting, close, variance analysis, risks and opportunities, and investment tracking.
Partner with Marketing leaders to evaluate investment trade-offs and align spending with strategic priorities.
Analyze financial and marketing performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for investment optimization.
Support recurring business reviews and executive reporting, translating financial and marketing trends into clear business implications and recommended actions.
Partner across Product Marketing, Growth Marketing Insights, Go-to-Market, and Finance to improve alignment and decision-making.
Use AI, automation, and scalable reporting to simplify FP&A workflows, reduce manual effort, and accelerate insights.
