In this critical role, you will serve as a Senior Finance Manager owning FP&A processes and deliverables for the CAS operating unit. You will work closely with the CAS CFO, Senior Finance Director, and finance staff to prioritize and standardize processes to drive visibility, accountability, and business acumen across the operating unit. Responsibilities include owning, standardizing, and coordinating forecasting, budget planning, and analysis, including gaining strategic insights to business performance, and tracking key investments across the operating unit. This role will require less than 10% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.

Requirements

  • Requires a Baccalaureate degree AND minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the financial planning, budgeting, and analysis processes for the CAS operating unit including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monthly/quarterly forecasts and Strategic Plan
  • Ensure strong planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis capabilities are in place, fully leveraging Centers of Excellence and Controllership
  • Standardize processes to facilitate reporting and insights into financial trends and business performance including revenue, standard margin, operating overhead, and free cash flow
  • Partner closely with the CAS CFO and Finance organization to provide analytical support and data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Identify, analyze, communicate, and provide suggested solutions to resolve financial issues which impact business operations objectives
  • Provide timely and accurate analysis with succinct commentary of financial performance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and sharing of best practices across finance and the broader CAS organization
  • Lead the development and deployment of annual KPI’s and processes
  • Other ad-hoc requests and special projects as needed by leadership
