The Sr. Manager, Retail Pharmacy Drug Margin Analytics plays a critical role within US Oncology Network (USON) Finance, serving as the subject matter expert for the financial performance of practice-based Medically Integrated Dispensing (MID) oral oncolytic programs across the network. This position is accountable for analyzing Retail Pharmacy/MID activity at the product (NDC/drug) level, translating dispensing economics into clear, actionable financial insights, and supporting forecasting, budgeting, and planning for the various USON practices. This role partners closely with practice leadership, FP&A, GPO, Managed Care, Pharmacy Operations, and Revenue Cycle teams to develop a consistent framework for measuring retail pharmacy drug margin performance—including definitions, methodology, and executive-ready reporting. It leads modeling and scenario analysis across key margin drivers (script volume, drug mix, acquisition cost, payer reimbursement, rebates, and dispensing program economics) and establishes repeatable reporting that supports decision-making and continuous performance improvement. Operating at the intersection of finance, pharmacy operations, and strategy, the Sr. Manager drives continuous improvement in data quality, analytical tools, and governance for retail pharmacy margin analytics. By maintaining disciplined, transparent analytics and communicating results with executive presence, this role supports USON's mission to deliver high-quality, cost-effective cancer care through strong financial stewardship of the MID portfolio.
