About The Position

As a Sr Finance Manager at Solstice, you will lead the Commercial FP&A team, ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting, forecasting, and planning processes, including monthly close, management reviews, and AOP. You will partner closely with business leaders to consolidate performance across multiple lines of business, identify key risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to support decision-making and achievement of business commitments. You will report directly to our Electronic & Specialty Materials (ESM) segment CFO, and you’ll work out of our Morris Plains, New Jersey location on a hybrid work schedule. As a people leader, you will develop and coach team members, strengthening their analytical, leadership, and communication skills while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Through strong cross-functional partnerships and a focus on forecast accuracy and execution, you will help drive business performance and build confidence in the Finance organization.
