As the site finance leader, you will collaborate and support all financial aspects of the Nathan Lane plant operations, including Programmatic Savings Tracking, Capital Decision Making, Build Plan and Volume Forecasting, Mfg Variance Analysis, Inventory and Cost Center Spend Review & Reporting. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment (for roles below Principal level)
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of key drivers of success
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use data and metrics for making assumptions and decisions
  • Communication skills — able to synthesize and clearly articulate complex data and concepts to various levels of stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to and working knowledge of financial systems including SAP and Power BI
  • Experience in a large matrix organization
  • Experience in manufacturing finance or product costing
  • Experience developing talent

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with COE’s and provide guidance with financial modeling such as NPV, rates of return, depreciation, working capital, cash flow, investments, variance analysis, forecasting, financial planning and expense comparisons by analysis of profit and loss statements and/or income statements.
  • Prepares and reviews reports of findings and recommendations, compiles and consolidates financial plans and provides insights to management.
  • Develops, maintains, and establishes operational specifications for financial information systems considering such things as information flow, volume, ad hoc reporting, and analysis.
  • May provide analysis on business development and may monitor business performance by unit, division or group.
  • Exhibits a collaborative, hands-on mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Establishes strong business partnerships across cross-functional teams to drive alignment and outcomes
  • Navigates and articulates complex end-to-end processes, with a clear understanding of interdependencies across data elements
  • Embraces change with flexibility and actively support transformation initiatives
