Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in manufacturing / finance)
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
Must be a U.S. person (i.e., U.S. citizen, permanent resident, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology.
Must provide proof of status prior to employment.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Successful completion of a drug screen (as applicable).

Responsibilities

Site/region strategy and execution of manufacturing finance activities, coordinating planning, pacing, and closing activities.
Own P&L and balance sheet activities, including cost accounting, inventory controls (PI, Revals, standards, variances, etc.), product fulfillment and COGS booking, functional costs, VCP/BCP, P&E, etc.
Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics.
May guide others to consider a different point of view.
Impacts the team’s ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives.
Regularly advises management in the function and/or in the business.
Has a supportive role in decision making about important subjects.
Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems that impact the function.
Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders.
Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations.
Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
