Join the high-impact Finance and Data Platform team at the center of FinOps and Procurement spend management, driving financial planning, insights, and transformation at scale. In this role, you will partner across Finance, Procurement, Accounting, and business teams to deliver accurate forecasting, improve planning processes, and enable data-driven decision making.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance roles
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex planning processes and deliver under ambiguity
  • Experience with data tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL) and financial systems
  • Exposure to AI/automation applications in finance or process transformation
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and planning cycles, and lead monthly close execution—delivering timely, high-quality insights on actuals, forecasts, and key variance drivers to support business decisions.
  • Drive scalable FP&A processes by improving planning workflows, standardizing tools and frameworks, and ensuring high data quality—while actively leveraging AI and automation to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and accelerate insight generation.
  • Partner across Finance and business teams to align planning, allocations, and financial structures; ensure strong governance and compliance; and lead initiatives that strengthen operating models, team capability, and continuous improvement.
