Sr Finance / Investor Relations Analyst
About The Position
The Senior Specialist in Investor Relations will play a key role in executing the investor communications strategy for Missile Solutions ahead of and post Initial Public Offering (IPO). This role involves preparing quarterly earnings reports, investor presentations, transcripts & materials, and press releases. The analyst will also monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment, coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and non-deal roadshows, and provide detailed analysis and feedback on investor and analyst reports to senior management. Additionally, the role includes managing and updating investor relations content on the company website and social media channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams for consistent messaging, and supporting the execution of the investor relations strategy in line with corporate objectives. Up to 25% travel is expected.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- Eligible to obtain a U.S. security clearance (typically based on U.S. citizenship and successful completion of an extensive background investigation).
