Requirements

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of Fielding Coordination experience is required
  • CompTIA Certifications
  • Bachelor's Degree/High School Diploma Substitutions: Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for the BS degree
  • Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating pre-fielding inventories of all system end items to include Component of End Item (COEI), Additional Authorization List (AAL), and BII.
  • Coordinating and conducting pre-fielding performance testing of radar systems prior to hand-off to unit.
  • Coordinating and conducting hand-off procedures for systems to be added to the gaining units' property book via Global Combat Support System-Army GCCS-A through the Brigade (BDE) Property Book Officer (PBO).
  • Developing and executing developmental and proficiency training for fielding team personnel and all PdM Radars product lines.
  • Developing and conducting Army material briefing's to senior leaders.
  • Effectively interfacing with all product line stakeholders to include the OEM, HQDA, FORSCOM, TCM, PdM Radars and Army organizations.
  • Coordinating assets and resources to ensure adherence to fielding schedules.
  • Developing and facilitate New Material Introductory Briefs (NMIB) to gaining units, prior to materiel fieldings.
  • Serving as the on-site liaison and single point of contact for PdM to address and resolve all concerns with all parties involved.
