About The Position

USA DeBusk Pipeline Integrity offers turnkey solutions to enable natural gas and hydrocarbon liquid pipelines to operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. Our services are planned, managed, and performed by experienced teams using advanced technologies, and purpose-built specialty systems. We are a trusted resource for pigging support, chemical cleaning and treating, mechanical cleaning, fluid filtration and separation, temporary flaring, emission controls, nitrogen, and other services to help operators meet compliance standards, reduce downtime, and extend the service life of their assets. We are looking to hire a Senior Field Supervisor to join our team in Midland/Odessa. The Senior Field Supervisor is an experienced manager and who can lead a crew safely and effectively through complex pipeline integrity projects.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 7–10 years of pipeline integrity or related midstream operations experience with supervisory responsibility.
  • Demonstrated success managing crews and concurrent field operations.
  • Strong understanding of field logistics, equipment utilization, and crew scheduling.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to manage field-level customer interactions.
  • Proven ability to mentor supervisors and develop technical and leadership skills within the team.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
  • Must be capable of passing a hair follicle and urine drug screen.
  • Able to work shifts up to 12-16 hours (day or night).
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required for each project, including immediate deployment, and perform work at industrial facilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Field operating certifications (i.e., forklift), OSHA Basic (nice to have).

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and develop team members.
  • Assist in training all new employees in completion of expected job duties in accordance with all company and customer policies.
  • Supervise staff members’ workplace performance and attendance.
  • Ensure all equipment functions properly, adheres to and enforce all safety OSHA guidelines, policy, and procedures.
  • Ability to serve as primary point of contact for field execution and job coordination.
  • Completes accurate, and auditable field documentation across multiple crews.
  • Troubleshoots complex pigging, tracking, and operational challenges.
  • Completes time sheets and all admin paperwork by required deadlines.
  • Communicates project updates to customers.
  • Comply with HS&E Policies and Safety Program.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
