Luminator is seeking a Sr. Field Service Technician II to join our team. As a frontline representative of Luminator, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in support of the customer requirements and technical specifications, maintenance, and repair for all Luminator’s products to deliver an exceptional customer service experience. This role will advance the company’s technical resources through providing hands on technical services where needed as well as training other technicians that will result in the increase our field’s technical abilities. The position will also be the face for implementation and installation of products across the OEMs that Luminator serves across a few locations. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.
