About The Position

You will develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations, driving customer satisfaction and business growth. You will report directly to our General Manager and you’ll work out of our home site location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction, business growth, and the success of our field service operations by providing leadership and strategic decision-making. Requirements

  • Leadership and strategic decision-making skills
  • Experience in managing P&L for a national portfolio
  • Ability to develop and implement site-specific processes within a framework
  • Skills in developing and implementing strategies to optimize field service operations and improve customer satisfaction
  • Capability to provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing field service performance metrics
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Field Service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Manage the P&L for a national portfolio
  • Develop and implement site specific processes within the Honeywell framework for all business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Monitor and analyze field service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
