As a Sr. FCM Financial and Operations Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of protecting and expanding our FCM businesses. The Senior Analyst provides primary-level problem resolution across all finance and operational aspects of the FCM. The Senior Analyst will assist to lead new initiatives, handle operational & customer-related issues, and lead financial tasks. What You'll Do Develop an understanding of FCM infrastructure and internal operational processes and applications, such as account set-ups, trade submission workflows, and margin services tools. Develop strong relationships with the FCMs various stakeholders across multiple areas. Assist to lead the financial statements preparation, booking accounting entries, working with accounting teams, as well as regulatory filings. Assist and provide as a primary backup for the operations and financial leadership responsibilities. What You'll Bring 2 - 5 years relevant work experience Financial accounting in the FCM space Understanding of FCM back office and financial reporting An understanding of the trade lifecycle and post-execution workflows, including clearing and settlement, is highly valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite required (emphasis on Excel and Sheets) Understanding of prediction markets preferred Must work well in a team environment Self-motivated individual Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Finance, Economics or a related field CME Group is committed to offering a competitive total rewards package for our employees that recognizes their contributions to the business and reflects our long-term investment in their future. The pay range for this role is $70,000-$116,600. Actual salary offered will be dependent on a wide array of factors including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills, education and comparison to internal employees (where relevant).
