The role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, focusing on maintaining and troubleshooting complex electrical and automated systems.

Requirements

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (relay logic to microprocessor controls)
Knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, and electrical systems (AC/DC drives, PLCs, UPS, compressors, etc.)
Ability to work nights, holidays, and occasional short‑notice call‑ins
Quick learner with solid problem‑solving skills

Nice To Haves

NEC knowledge and light electrical construction experience
Experience with LOTO, OSHA, and work order systems
Technical degree or trade certification

Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electro‑mechanical systems
Support and improve equipment such as conveyors, A‑Frames, printers, strappers, compressors, and other automated technologies
Read and interpret electrical schematics
Lead and mentor junior maintenance staff
Work with vendors and contractors to resolve issues
Learn new systems as technology evolves
