About The Position

The Senior Export S&OP Analyst will manage demand, supply planning, and forecast data for US exports. This role involves coordinating and executing Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Demand Planning Cycle routines for countries that require volumes from the US. The analyst will compile and synthesize weekly service data for leadership, ensure export operations are cost-efficient, and support logistics in optimization and cost efficiency projects.

Requirements

Years of experience in logistics, demand planning/forecasting, supply planning, or supply chain related areas.
Demonstrated experience with change management: process deployment, stakeholder management, training, and driving measurable KPI improvements.
Effective communication & presentation skills.
Experience with ERP and demand planning tools (e.g. o9, SAP, OMP).
Strong analytics skills (Excel; Power BI and SQL a plus).
Proficient in Excel and have general knowledge of other MS Office applications.
Energetic, creative, self-motivated, team motivated, and results oriented.

Responsibilities

Oversee and validate US Exports demand planning book in O9.
Ensure affiliate demand routines are aligned with the North America IBP Calendar.
Own forecast data validation of shipping locations and discontinued items.
Ensure new intersection forecasts are reviewed monthly and converted to Best Fit to update consensus.
Engage with partners across the organization (supply/materials planning, deployment, warehousing, customer service) to ensure US Exports orders are delivered on time and in full.
Serve as a liaison between international importing teams and US domestic teams.
Act as a point of contact for importing Business Units for questions related to supply and demand out of the US.
Ensure production schedule is aligned to order requirements to avoid excess supply and expiration risk.
Develop action plans to mitigate waste for export dedicated items.
Utilize OMP to review production against open orders and collaborate with supply to mitigate waste creation.
Gather and analyze data across US Export logistics to identify areas of opportunity.
Collaborate on implementing changes to increase load efficiency or ship DPS.
