About The Position

The Role As a member of the the Operations and Services Group teams in the Wealth organization, you will provide sophisticated administrative support for two CIO’s. In this role, you frequently will be called upon to use your interpersonal skills as you support each leader’s daily initiatives and directly interact with business partners and the teams at large. You will be asked to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and serve as the focal point of a multifaceted, fast-paced business environment. Your responsibilities include: Arrange and manage 3 or more executives’ travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and contingency planning; review and prioritize expense reports and process invoices accurately and efficiently Coordinate cross‑region offsites, leadership meetings, and enterprise‑wide and team all‑hands meetings , including logistics, agendas, pre‑reads, materials, and follow‑up actions Partner closely with executives to plan and execute strategic forums, town halls, culture‑building events, and leadership sessions that drive engagement and alignment Track and follow up on key action items and executive commitments , helping leaders stay aligned with priorities and deadlines Support team‑level engagement initiatives , including onboarding coordination, recognition efforts, and internal communications Provide support in various administrative projects , assisting executives by taking ownership for complex details and execute independently Maintain confidentiality and possess a detailed knowledge of the Executive’s span of control, organization and company policies and procedures The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, but not required 8+ years of senior executive admin experience, supporting high level executives and varied levels of organization This position requires a broad understanding of company/functional policies and practices, financial industry background is highly preferred Polished senior executive assistant with professional maturity and previous corporate environment experience Proven effectively to interact with senior level management and have excellent communication skills Advance administrative skills to provide daily executive support, while simultaneously working on administrative projects and other broader tasks Effectively work in a high volume, fast-pace environment, balancing multiple priorities Detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong organizational skills Self-starter with a sense of ownership who has the initiative to proactively identify and resolve issues and know when to seek clarification or assistance Have the ability to exercise extreme sensitivity, discretion, and judgment as you will be tasked with assignments that are often confidential and sophisticated in nature Flexible and willing to adapt to different work styles, preferences, and frequently changing priorities You are a great teammate who develops strong working relationships with colleagues across the company Willing to learn and advance your skills Excellent writing and grammar skills (i.e. for generating and editing memos and emails) and are proficient in MS Office (SharePoint, Office Teams, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Prioritizing team-level engagement and events Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position The Team The administrative staff at Fidelity plays a vital role in the company's success, and those individuals serving in these positions are recognized by their colleagues as key members of their group, department, or interpersonal team. You will work directly with, and provide support to, management at all levels of the company and frequently share best practices as well. The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $92,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation. Requirements
