About The Position

The Penn Station Access Project will deliver direct Metro-North service from the Bronx, Westchester County, and Connecticut to Penn Station and Manhattan’s West Side, improving connectivity to communities with limited access to rail transportation. The project includes the construction of four new ADA-accessible passenger rail stations, more than 19 miles of new and rehabilitated track, four bridge rehabilitations, the reconfiguration of Metro-North’s New Rochelle Yard, four new and one reconfigured interlockings, five new and two upgraded substations, and significant upgrades to signal, power, and communications infrastructure. In this highly visible role, the Senior Estimator will contribute to the successful delivery of a transformative transportation project that will enhance regional mobility and support the communities served by the rail network.
