Sr. ERP Consultant (SAP SD module)
About The Position
The Sr. ERP Consultant provides strategic guidance to users on defining and designing processes that meet customer requirements. The role documents current business processes, identifies inefficiencies, recommends system improvements, and provides backup support for SAP consultants. It communicates with HQ on implementing, managing, and optimizing processes within the SAP Logistics module to support business requirements. The consultant supports users across relevant North American sites, identifies end-user technical SAP SD and EDI requirements, delivers training and documentation, and maintains professional relationships to support ongoing user needs. The role monitors and reports system-issue status, evaluates performance against operating standards, and provides detailed results and reports. It also supports on-call troubleshooting and timely resolution of critical system issues.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience as a functional or business consultant specializing in SAP applications.
- Hands-on functional configuration and design experience in an S/4HANA environment.
- Experience processing a variety of EDI document types and familiarity with EDI standards and architecture.
- Project management experience involving conceptualization, organization, planning, test execution, user training, and training-material documentation.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), application development dynamics, and IT practices and methods.
- Fluency in both Korean and English, essential for communication with HQ.

- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience with standard project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong ABAP debugging skills for system analysis.
- Participation in multiple phases of full-lifecycle SAP implementations.
