About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Senior Equipment Rental Specialist, an experienced inside sales role supporting telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of construction and industrial equipment. The position is a primary point of contact for customers: understanding equipment needs, negotiating terms, and placing orders. It also requires strong administrative skills and a professional attitude to deliver customer satisfaction. Ancillary duties may include supporting the logistics of equipment dispatch and delivery and training other team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• The physical ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors when required by the job.

Nice To Haves

• At least 3 years of equipment rental industry experience, or a four-year degree plus 1 year of equipment rental industry experience.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process.
• Bilingual ability (Spanish or another language), which may be preferred in some locations.
