Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering and scientific field such as Materials Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or Optics.
  • Basic technical understanding of IC processing equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE) principles.
  • Mechanical hand-on experience
  • 5+ years related experience

Responsibilities

  • A module equipment engineer will work in one of the equipment engineering teams, such as lithography, etch, diffusion, implanter, chemical mechanical polishing, and thin films.
  • Learn and understand tool design to enhance equipment availability.
  • Maintaining equipment stability and driving improvements through logical problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work in a fab manufacturing environment that operates 24x7.
