About The Position

This role is for a confident, hands-on Sr. ES Tech who knows how to make things spotless and keep a team motivated. The position involves leading with pride, keeping patients and staff safe, and setting the tone for excellence on every shift. It is an active, impactful role with variety, focused on shaping a team and making a difference in healthcare.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping.
• Confidence using floor machines, vacuums, and other cleaning equipment.
• A strong understanding of how to safely use cleaning products on different surfaces.
• Natural leadership abilities.
• Great communication skills (English-speaking and reading abilities required).
• Able to lift and carry 50+ lbs and stay active for a full shift.
• If driving is part of the job, must meet fleet safety requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a healthcare or institutional setting.
• Previous experience leading a small team or training others.
• Genuinely enjoy coaching people and building a great work environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the point person on your shift — giving clear direction and positive energy to your housekeeping crew.
• Train and mentor new team members.
• Make sure cleaning tasks are done right, on time, and up to hospital-grade standards.
• Keep an eye on safety, infection control, and overall cleanliness.
• Roll up your sleeves and jump in when needed.
• Communicate with staff, patients, and visitors with a helpful and respectful attitude.
• Operate and maintain cleaning gear like vacuums, floor machines, and polishers.
• Read and understand cleaning product labels and safety instructions.
