As a Senior Enterprise Architect you will lead the strategy, design, and evolution of our Go-To-Market technology ecosystem. You will own the end-to-end architecture spanning CRM, CPQ, Marketing Automation, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations platforms—ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and alignment with business growth objectives. Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience with 5+ years focused on GTM/Revenue technologies.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud), Oracle CPQ.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus across business and IT.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash, Lead-to-Revenue, and Customer 360 processes.
  • Experience with integration platforms, middleware technologies (Boomi) and API-led connectivity.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the enterprise architecture roadmap for GTM systems including Salesforce, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and related platforms.
  • Design integration patterns connecting GTM technologies with ERP, Data Warehouse, and customer-facing applications.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Establish architectural standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for GTM technology delivery.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies including AI/ML capabilities to enhance pipeline management, forecasting, and customer engagement
  • Lead vendor assessments, build vs. buy decisions, and technology rationalization initiatives.
  • Mentor solution architects and guide cross-functional delivery teams on complex implementations.
