About The Position

The DoorDash for Business Account Management (Post-Sales) Team is focused on expanding revenue and deepening strategic partnerships across our managed customer base through cross-sell, upsell, product adoption, and new use-case development. While customer health and retention remain foundational, this is a growth-focused team accountable for delivering incremental revenue. Our team combines relationship management, consultative selling, and strategic problem-solving to help customers get more value from DoorDash for Business. We partner across functions to connect customers’ needs with solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Senior Enterprise Account Managers own the strategic vision, growth, and optimization of programs for our most complex and strategically important corporate customers in North America. They lead high-value expansion opportunities across customer organizations, build trusted executive relationships, and consistently deliver against quarterly revenue and expansion quotas. This role carries a higher growth expectation, typically reflected in a larger quota and/or a portfolio of higher-value accounts. Senior Account Managers operate with a high degree of autonomy, setting account strategy, anticipating risks, and leading complex commercial conversations and cross-functional efforts with minimal direction. They also extend their impact beyond their own book through proactive coaching, scalable growth playbooks, and ownership of team-wide initiatives.
