About The Position

We are excited to bring on a Sr. Enrollment Kit & Regulatory Documents Representative to join our Retirement Operations team in a work from home environment. As a Sr. Enrollment Kit & Regulatory Documents Representative, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders to develop and deliver high-quality materials that support employer-sponsored retirement plans across a variety of plan types (401(k), 403(b), 457(b), 401(a), and more). You’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients and participants receive clear, accurate, and engaging materials while working in a document automation environment. This role sits at the intersection of operations, communication, and client experience. The materials you help create directly impacts how participants engage with their retirement benefits—making your work both visible and meaningful. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience that directly aligns with the responsibility of this role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team environment while adapting quickly to changing priorities
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multitask while maintaining strict attention to details
  • Solid relationship management skills with internal and/or external clients (e.g. management, peers, colleagues, customers)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of retirement markets (401(k), 401(a), 403(b), 457(b), etc.)
  • Retirement Plan Operations experience and knowledge of retirement plan processes and systems; proficiency utilizing AWD
  • Exposure to and/or interest in continuous improvement and identifying more efficient ways of working
  • Familiarity with AI tools and/or a curiosity for leveraging technology to enhance processes and outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a variety of enrollment and regulatory related work, making sound decisions as you navigate both routine and more complex situations.
  • Develop new employer-specific materials and update existing content to reflect plan changes, ensuring materials align with legal plan documents, product standards and marketing guidelines.
  • Continually build and apply your knowledge of defined contribution products to ensure materials align with standard product practices.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders and vendors to deliver high-quality work on time while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and managing cost.
  • Maintain accurate records and oversee enrollment kit ordering.
  • Spot gaps, ask questions, and continuously look for ways to improve processes, quality, and the overall experience, promoting quality and continuous improvement.
